Pregnancy & Postpartum Anxiety Therapy
Pregnancy and postpartum are hard. They bring profound changes physically, emotionally, and within your relationships. It’s completely natural to feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted as you navigate the ups and downs of this season. Many parents notice feeling disconnected, overrun with anxiety, uncertain about their identity, and unsure how to handle it all. For some, this time may also bring grief or heartache that is difficult to put into words.
I work with parents during pregnancy and the postpartum period, providing support through the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often come with becoming a parent. Therapy is a safe space to process birth experiences, including trauma, navigate the transition into motherhood, and feel more grounded during this time of significant change. Some clients seek support preventatively, while others come for help with heightened anxiety or stress after birth.
