We’ll explore where your emotional patterns began, how they show up in your life now, and work together to create corrective experiences that support healthier, more secure ways of relating to yourself and others.

Many of my clients are also participating in couples therapy, and I help them do the individual work that strengthens personal growth, both within themselves and within their relationships.
