Anxiety and OCD
Anxiety can shape our decisions without us even realizing it. It can make life feel small and leave us stuck in patterns that only strengthen our anxiety. Sometimes it shows up as overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or that quiet urge to avoid anything uncomfortable.
I provide evidence-based treatment for OCD, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety. I use evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you change your relationship with anxiety, so that your choices are guided not by fear, but by your values. I also incorporate mindfulness and compassion-based therapy to help you learn skills to deal with the everyday stress and anxiety.
