Samantha Sandgren, LPC, PMH-C

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Child Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Dallas and my master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Minnesota. I’ve worked with children, families, and adults in a variety of settings, and my background in child development and counseling has shaped how I understand the impact of early experiences, attachment, and family dynamics on the way we relate to ourselves and others.

Today, I support adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of earlier experiences, with specialized training in perinatal mental health and the transition to parenthood.

My approach is integrative and holistic, blending cognitive and somatic therapies to support both emotional insight and nervous system regulation. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. Together, we explore the roots of your struggles, work through old patterns, and build new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more grounded and authentic.

I enjoy working with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, break old patterns, and create healthier, more connected relationships. I am certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and offer in-person therapy in Littleton and virtual therapy throughout Colorado.
