Patterns from past relationships and family experiences can shape how you connect with your partner or child and may leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in familiar conflicts. Therapy can offer space to slow down, understand these patterns, and begin responding in ways that feel more supportive and secure.

My work is grounded in attachment focused and emotion centered therapy to help individuals and couples strengthen emotional bonds, make sense of relational patterns, and build greater safety and trust. Together we explore how past experiences influence present relationships, work through difficult emotions, and practice expressing needs and feelings in ways that foster connection rather than conflict.

I also integrate mindfulness and values based approaches to support anxiety, increase emotional awareness, and help you respond more intentionally instead of reacting automatically. Sessions are collaborative, paced with care, and tailored to what feels most supportive for you and your family.
