Therapy in Littleton & Throughout Colorado
Are you ready to begin your journey?
we’ll do it together
You’re in the right place
If you’re looking for a therapist who will listen closely, get curious with you, and help you understand what’s really going on, you’re in the right place.
I work with people with different ways of thinking, communicating, processing emotions, and experiencing the world. My practice is neurodivergent affirming, and I’m interested in understanding how your brain works, what your experiences have taught you, and what helps you feel most like yourself, rather than expecting you to fit a certain mold.
I want therapy to be a place where you can be honest, ask questions, and feel comfortable being yourself. I’ll offer perspective, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge you when I think it could help.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

SOME QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE
-
I’m currently in-network with Kaiser, Curative, and UnitedHealthcare, including UMR. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for sessions. I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
You may also choose to pay privately without using insurance, which offers greater privacy and more flexibility in your care.
I’m happy to help you understand your options. Please contact me with any questions.
For self-pay clients, Turning Tide Therapy provides a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. Actual costs may vary based on session length or additional services.

I offer in-person therapy in Littleton, Colorado, as well as virtual therapy throughout Colorado. Virtual sessions are held through a secure online platform, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your own home.

I work with individuals rather than couples. We can still work on relationship patterns, communication, boundaries, conflict, and how you show up in your relationships through individual therapy.
-
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your history and what you’ve been experiencing, but there’s also space for what you need right now. You don’t have to know exactly what you need help with. We can start with what’s been going on and what feels hardest right now, and go from there.
-
You can start by scheduling a free 20-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see if we might be a good fit. If you decide you’d like to get started, we can schedule your first session from there.

Finding the right therapist matters. I take a relational approach to therapy, which means the relationship we build is an important part of the work. I want you to feel safe, comfortable, and able to be honest about what’s really going on, even when it’s hard to talk about. The free consultation is a chance for us to talk, ask questions, and see if it feels like a good fit.
