You get to show up as you are.
No pretending you’re fine. No having the right words. Just room to be human.
MY FOCUS
Something has to give, and you’re tired of it being you.
You’re thoughtful, caring, and used to being the one people can count on. You know how to take care of things, but taking care of yourself feels like the hardest part.
Maybe you’re going through a big life change and realizing you can’t keep putting your own needs aside.
You’ve probably tried setting boundaries, speaking up, or putting yourself first, but keep ending up in the same patterns, feeling overwhelmed, guilty, frustrated, or resentful.
You’re ready for something to actually change.
Together, we’ll understand what keeps you stuck, trust your own voice, honor your needs, and show up differently in your relationships.
my values
-
Trusting yourself, using your voice, and knowing your needs matter.
-
Making space to be yourself, without judgment or having to perform.
-
Building relationships where you can be seen, understood, and genuinely connected.
ABOUT ME
I’m Samantha, a licensed therapist, mom of two, and an introvert at heart. My work is grounded in attachment, relational, and person centered approaches. I draw from EFT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and Brainspotting to build a stronger connection between your mind and body, helping you understand yourself more deeply and begin to heal.
Being a mom has also shaped how I understand this work. I know how easy it can be to put your own needs aside while caring for everyone else. I want therapy to be a place where you can come as you are, feel truly seen and heard, and be honest about what you need.
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me in my garden, at home with my two cats, or spending time with my family.

how therapy works
-
Click here to fill out the contact form, or use the button below to schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
-
Your first session is a chance to get to know each other and start talking about what’s been feeling difficult. We’ll also talk about what you want to get out of therapy and begin setting goals together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in.
-
We’ll identify what you want to be different and what you hope to get from therapy. Your goals might include feeling more confident in yourself, setting boundaries with less guilt, understanding your patterns, or communicating what you need more clearly. We’ll use your goals to guide our work together.
-
From there, we’ll continue working toward your goals. Some sessions may focus on something happening in your life right now, while others may go deeper into patterns, relationships, emotions, or experiences that continue to affect you. We’ll check in along the way and adjust our focus as your needs change.
