Partner & Relationship Support

The perinatal period can be challenging for partners too. You may experience worry, emotional shifts, or feel pressure to support your co-parent while managing your own stress. Research shows that about 1 in 10 dads experience postpartum depression (PPD), highlighting how common these challenges are. Therapy provides a space to process, communicate, and strengthen your relationships.

I work with partners to improve communication, emotional awareness, and connection. Together, we explore relational patterns, manage stress, and practice healthy ways to relate to both your partner and your child. Whether you’re navigating conflicts, co-parenting challenges, or anxiety about supporting your family, therapy helps you feel more confident and capable in your role.

Using techniques from Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we address old relational wounds, learn to express emotions safely, and foster deeper emotional safety.
