A little about me

  • I've spent years working with children, families, and adults across different settings, and that foundation shapes how I think about attachment, early experiences, and family dynamics.

  • My approach blends cognitive and somatic (mind & body) therapies to help you feel safe enough for something to change.

  • I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can just be yourself. No performing. No judgment. A place where you can be honest about what's going on and, over time, feel safer letting yourself be seen.

  • I love working with adults who are ready to dig deeper, break old patterns, and build relationships that actually feel connected.

  • I'm an introvert at heart, you'll usually find me recharging in my ever expanding garden or curled up at home with my two cats.

  • When I'm not in the therapy room, I'm usually keeping up with my own two very different, very active kids, which keeps me busy and humble.

  • I'm certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, and I offer both in-person sessions in Littleton and virtual therapy across Colorado.

If you're overwhelmed, anxious, or just trying to hold it all together, I'd love to help you feel like yourself again.
